Exchange/Refund Policy?

Refunds will be issued on un-washed, un-worn or damaged products in the same method of payment once item(s) are returned. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear back in your account. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges associated with returns and/or exchanges. Please not that there will be NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be offered on the following item(s); Private Label Clothing, Swimwear, Intimates, or Accessories. Items that are NOT ELIGBLE for refund or exchange will be noted in the items description. Please read carefully and thoroughly.

Exchanges in size or color will be granted as long as the item is still in new condition and available on the site. A request for an exchange must be made within 72hrs after the package is received. The item MUST be in the same condition that it was received. We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged. Please contact us through e-mail or phone if you would like an exchange so that we can hold the item for you.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) will be shipped the following day. Please note that holidays, weekends and inclement weather will affect standard shipping policies.

International shipping is available and may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and is the responsibility of the customer.
